F/G Model 1500
(4x2)
As an
intermediate sized unit it is typically equipped with 48x31x25 drive axel
tires. High capacity rear axles with hypoid gear reduction and large
diameter ring gear are design selected to provide necessary performance in
the high-torque application of off-highway use.
Power train
components include diesel engines 190-275 HP, and either manual or
automatic transmission.
All body styles
are appropriate, with body plus payload capacities to 16,000 lbs.
In its lightest arrangement, with
components including a 520 lb. ft. torque power train, 42x15 front &
48x25 rear high floatation tires, and 26,000 lbs. GVWR, this vehicle has been
successfully used for spreading
fertilizers on golf courses and other delicate turf surfaces.

F/G Model 2000 (4x2) &
(4x4)
This unit uses 66x43 drive tires and has a drive train design that
utilizes outboard planetary axles. Outboard means that final reduction is optimally
placed at the wheel hubs, thus allowing all forward components to transfer
power at higher rpm and lower torque. This is the efficient and durable
concept used in quality off-highway equipment that provides component longevity and quality performance
under recommended conditions.
Power train
components include diesel engines 225-300 HP, and either manual or
automatic transmission.
All body styles
are appropriate, with body plus payload capacities up to 25,000 lbs.

F/G Model 3000 (6x4)
This
chassis style utilizes an off-road, tandem rear drive axel and either
48x31 or 54x37 drive axle tires. Equipped with inter-axle lock and locking
differentials, this chassis has four driving tires, providing pulling power to
meet or exceed that of 4x4 drive arrangements.
Power train
components include diesel engines 250-400 HP, and either manual or
automatic transmission.
All
body styles are appropriate, with body plus payload designs to 35,000 lbs.
